But the evidence is here of real confrontations ended by a suplex. On any type of a hard surface, the suplex is game over, with the potential for serious injury.
I’m not for going the full BJJ route and spending all your training time grappling in a gi, but I think there are a few wrestling techniques you should know:
1) The Suplex
2) The 2-on-1 or Russian Tie
3) The Hi C
